Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding
  1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  3. Handle the on-boarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Relations
  1. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  2. Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by organizing engagement activities.
HR Operations
  1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  2. Process payroll inputs and track attendance and leave management.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management
  1. Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  2. Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
Policy Development and Compliance
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor laws.
Training and Development
  1. Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 year of professional experience in HR management and administration.
