What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President – Sales & Support to own and drive revenue growth, lead sales strategy and execution, and build a world-class customer success function. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with a mandate to scale operations, expand markets, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Define and execute national sales strategies to accelerate ARR and expand market share.
  • Own the sales funnel — from lead generation to closure — with accountability for performance KPIs.
  • Identify and penetrate key manufacturing segments where Industry 4.0 adoption is high or inevitable.
  • Build and lead a performance-driven sales team focused on enterprise clients (especially CEOs & CXOs in manufacturing).
Customer Success & Support Excellence
  • Build and scale a responsive customer support team aligned with SLAs, NPS, and retention metrics.
  • Design post-sales experience to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and maximize upselling.
  • Create closed-loop feedback with product and tech teams based on customer pain points.
Team Building & Leadership
  • Hire, coach, and mentor top talent across sales and support.
  • Create a high-ownership culture focused on results, learning, and customer centricity.
  • Set up internal systems for performance tracking, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the face of Leanworx to CEOs and leadership at customer organizations.
  • Work closely with the Founders on GTM strategy, pricing, expansion, and investor reporting.
  • Represent Leanworx at key industry events, conferences, and ecosystem platforms.

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Lead expansion across Indian manufacturing hubs; build strategic partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Use market intelligence to shape future product roadmap and go-to-market motion.
  • Own and manage departmental budgets and performance metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR).

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership in sales or business development within manufacturing tech / MES / ERP /software/ machine tools / cutting tools / smart manufacturing.
  • Proven experience selling to CEOs and scaling SaaS or industrial tech sales functions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, industry 4.0 trends, and enterprise account management.
  • Experience building teams from scratch and scaling processes across diverse geographies.
  • Analytical mind set with ability to convert insights into growth levers.
  • Fluent in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
